Maa Charchika Temple in Cuttack Odisha is one of the most established Shakta places in Orissa. It is situated in the unassuming community of Banki of Cuttack region in Odisha. The directing divinity is an eight-furnished goddess Chamunda, privately known as Maa Charchika Devi. She is situated on a prostrate human body and wearing a festoon of human skulls.
